I ordered one mat for my wife and soon ordered another one for myself.
So we can exercise together at home together. (We watch Fitness Blender videos on YouTube)
The mat is firm enough to place on a carpet. It does not sink when my wife and I do exercise moves and yet it’s comfortable. I weigh 300lbs. I like that it’s trifold. Easy to fold and store. There are even handles made of fabric straps on the side of the mat making it easy to carry as well.
Overall I am very satisfied.

These things are needlessly expensive. That said, the cheaper ones are not very durable. This matte is worth the extra dollar or two you spend over thin, poorly manufactured mattes that cost as little as half. This matte is thick, comfortable, and will withstand knees, shoes, elbows, and be used on cement floors on occasion. We are happy with ours. We will buy this brand moving forward.
