Epsom Salt

Did you know that epsom salt doesn’t contain salt? Instead, epsom salt is actually comprised of magnesium & sulfate, both essential for optimal health. Epsom salt naturally exfoliates the skin by sloughing away dead skin cells & has been used to help clear away face & body acne. It also calms the nervous system & reduces muscle aches, inflammation & pain. Lastly, epsom salt is excellent if you are experiencing magnesium deficiency brought on by strenuous exercise, excess stress, caffeine, alcohol or heavy moon cycles. Epsom salt delivers soft skin, soothed muscles & a calm, happy mind.

Oat Flour

Our gluten free oat flour complements the actions of both coconut milk & epsom salt thanks to its cleansing, exfoliating & moisturizing properties. Oats contain cleansing saponins & antioxidants like vitamin E, caffeic acid, ferulic acid & avenanthramides which naturally protect, exfoliate & detoxify the skin. Thanks to their mild pH, oats can help restore balance within the skin’s layers, reducing inflammation as well as soothing dry, itchy skin.

Shatavari

Shatavari may very well be the “Queen of Ayurvedic Herbs”. Shatavari literally means “one hundred roots” but it also translates to “the woman with one hundred husbands”.
